Giving back to the community with time and resources is a vital part of Valorem’s culture, and our commitment to supporting the local community is one of our core values.

Arvada Healing Fund in Honor of Officer Eric Tally
A nonprofit that gives people a secure way to donate to the victims of mass casualty crimes in Colorado.
Outdoor Lab Foundation
Was formed to sustain and enhance this JeffCo institution. Today they are, the driving force behind the private philanthropy that supports the Outdoor Lab Program, protects our two historic campuses, and ensures a transformational experience for every student who attends.
Dreamweaver Foundation
A non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling life-long dreams for terminally ill seniors in need. Dreamweaver gives gifts of hope that inspire good memories, despite the effects of life-threatening illnesses, that enhance the emotional, social and spiritual health of seniors and their loved ones.
Patrick Straut Foundation
The Patrick Straut Foundation is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the state of Colorado on December 16, 2016. The purpose of this foundation is to raise funds and oversee operations that provide scholarships to graduating high school gifted and talented seniors in Jefferson County, Colorado, and to offer resources that address the educational and social/emotional needs of gifted children everywhere.
Bike MS
A Pedal Towards a Cure: Bike MS brings us together to change the world for everyone affected by MS. It’s an experience driven by passion, camaraderie and desire to make a difference.
Denver Rescue Mission
Denver Rescue Mission has been serving people experiencing homelessness and poverty in our community since 1892. Committed to helping people who are experiencing homelessness and addiction in our city change their lives. Meet their needs through emergency services, rehabilitation, transitional programs, and community outreach.
MoneyWi$er Program thru Economic Literacy of Colorado
The MoneyWi$er program helps Colorado K-12 teachers acquire the knowledge and skills needed for teaching financial literacy in the classroom. The program focuses on earning/human capital, spending/saving/financial goals, investments, and insurance/managing risk. The Valorem team will also be volunteering at the events in support of the program.
Colorado Adopt a Road
Valorem takes part in Adopt-A-Road Litter Control volunteer effort, which helps keep roadways clean, saves taxpayer money and increases public awareness about litter control.
Internships
To foster experience in the industry to those early in their career, Valorem offers college students and young professionals the opportunity to work as interns.
